Shipping and Returns

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 8 business days for Mainland Portugal and 10 to 12 business days for the Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira). Shipping costs are displayed before checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return, without the need to provide a reason, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@alexandraespinhal.com stating your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
